Nicolet Real Estate is a privately owned developer and property manager in eastern Wisconsin. Our portfolio consists of several commercial properties serving the retail, office, distribution and warehousing markets. Our investment objective is to create value over the long term. What this means to our clients is they can be comfortable knowing they will normally be dealing with the same landlord for their entire occupancy. This eliminates the concern of who you will be dealing with after the lease is signed. Being the owner and manager, we can put our tenant’s needs first.
We are not brokers and represent only our properties. We do however welcome the opportunity to work with brokers with single party listings should a client be represented. We value our relationship with most major brokers in our area.
